So, good news!!! We finally got an offer accepted! And it's the house we loved more than any others. We really didn't think we would get it, and we were trying not to get our hopes up. But we actually got it!!! It's on Signal Butte and Elliot and I LOVE that area! The planned closing date is the end of August and we can't wait!!!

ReplyDeleteYAY! so happy for you... cant wait to come see it! You should definately be in before then... Do you know who your mortgage is gonna be through? They gave us the 21st of august too but our mortgage company is like it will for sure be sooner. plus we need it to be sooner too.
